Each tiny seed in this package is the result of cross-pollination between two potato flowers, thereby creating a totally new variety with each seed! Sow in early spring as you would tomatoes, and prick out into individual pots before transplanting to the garden after danger of frost has passed. At the end of Year 1, harvest the largest tubers and store these over winter, replanting in spring. Plants will grow to their full size in Year 2.
