What do you get when you cross two colourful kales with a big green broccoli? A kaleidoscope of gourmet purple sprouting broccoli, it turns out. This eclectic variety was bred by Frank Morton of Wild Garden seeds and is our favourite in the kitchen and garden snacking. The flavour is incredibly sweet, excellent raw or cooked. Maybe not the top producer in the garden, but definitely makes up for it in flavour and a long season of ongoing shoot production. Highly recommend for every garden!
