Growing Cucamelon

Start indoors 3-4 weeks before transplanting into warm soil. Sow 3-4 seeds 2cm deep in each pot, using bottom heat. Thin to single strongest plant, transplant when plants develop their third true leaf, full sun. Space plants 23cm apart in row and 90cm apart. Ideal well drained, warm soil with a pH of 6.0-6.8. Keep plants well picked for better production. Water the soil only keeping the leaves as dry as possible as they can be susceptible to powdery mildew.
