Our "Standard" shipping option is sent out via regular mail. It's lower cost, but takes longer (3 to 12 business days from ship date) and doesn't include tracking. Choose "Expedited" for parcel tracking, $100 in insurance, and faster delivery (2-10 business days from ship date).
This variety produces a very flavourful medium sized bulb. Placed very highly in taste tests! First bolting at 110 days after seed sowing in coastal conditions.
Growing instructions
Annual herb. Start indoors 4 weeks before last frost. Transplant 4 weeks after last frost in full sun when seedlings reach 5cm tall. Germination: 10-14 days. Sow seeds 1cm deep, thin to 20-30cm apart in row and 45cm apart. Prefers rich, well drained soil.
