Growing Peppers

Start indoors early spring keeping soil as warm as possible. Germination occurs in 8-21 days depending on soil temperature. Plant in full sun, 45cm apart in early summer. Keep soil moist and pinch to encourage leaf growth. Harvest when the fruit is firm or when it ripens to its colour.
